Please contact us as soon as possible to request a cancelation. Once an order has been fulfilled and processed to ship we can not cancel the order. Any fees incurred from canceling will be your responsibility and be deducted from your refund if issued.

We gladly accept returns for unworn, unwashed merchandise (items must be in original condition). Accessories, skincare products and skincare tools are final sale.
If an item arrives damaged or is faulty, please reach out to us as soon as possible so we can issue a replacement or refund.
** NOTE Merchandise can only be returned within 14 days of your order delivery date.
Return Instructions: 1. Have your order number ready. 2. CLICK HERE to begin your return. Complete the steps listed on the screen. 3. You will have the option to print your return label, or you can show your QR code at one of the approved locations to have a label printed for you. (The QR code will be provided via email once you book your return.) 4. Take your return to any of the 31,000 US drop-off locations. 5. Look for updates, as we’ll keep you informed so you can easily track the progress of your return and refund. 6. We’ll deduct $8 from your refund to cover shipping costs, unless we made an error.
We currently ship within the US and to Canada from Douglas Lynn offices located in New Jersey. Shipping is FREE on all U.S. orders over $75.

We do not take responsibility for packages that are delivered to the wronggiven address. It is your responsibility to check that your shipping address is correct when your order is placed.
