What are my payment options?

We accept payment via major credit card, debit card, Paypal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, and Afterpay.

Do you sell giftcards?

Yes we do! Gift cards are now live, Click HERE to purchase.

Can I cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible to request a cancelation. Once an order has been fulfilled and processed to ship we can not cancel the order. Any fees incurred from canceling will be your responsibility and be deducted from your refund if issued.

Can I change my order?

Please make sure to review your order carefully before it is submitted, as it cannot be modified. No changes can be made once your order is placed, however we can cancel the order if a request is submitted before it processes. Please see the above details for canceling an order.


Where do you ship - what are shipping times?

We currently ship within the US and to Canada from our office located in New York. Shipping is FREE on all U.S. orders over $75.

Estimated processing time: 2-3 business days
Estimated shipping time to US: 5-7 business days
Estimated shipping time to Canada: 7-14 business days

Once your order ships please check the tracking number that is issued to you via email. You can also track your order via the Shop app.

I shipped my order to the wrong address.

We do not take responsibility for packages that are delivered to the wrong given address. It is your responsibility to check that your shipping address is correct when your order is placed. If it isn't, please email us right away so we can fix it BEFORE it ships. Once it ships, we are not responsible.

How do I track my order?

You can track your order via the order link in you'll be sent via email. You can also track your order via the Shop app.

My package is lost or stolen.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once the tracking information indicates "Delivered” Daily Ritual Boutique is not responsible for stolen or missing mail.  Please contact USPS (your local post office) with questions regarding shipment tracking. 


What is your refund policy?

We gladly accept returns for unworn, unwashed merchandise (items must be in original condition). Accessories, skincare products and skincare tools are final sale.

If an item arrives damaged or is faulty, please reach out to us as soon as possible so we can issue a replacement or refund.

** NOTE Merchandise can only be returned within 14 days of your order delivery date.

Return Instructions:
1. Have your order number ready.
2. CLICK HERE to begin your return. Complete the steps listed on the screen.
3. You will have the option to print your return label, or you can show your QR code at one of the approved locations to have a label printed for you. (The QR code will be provided via email once you book your return.)
4. Take your return to any of the 31,000 US drop-off locations.
5. Look for updates, as we’ll keep you informed so you can easily track the progress of your return and refund.
6. We’ll deduct $8 from your refund to cover shipping costs, unless we made an error.
