If you’re done living out the role that the world has given you and you’re ready to discover who you truly are, letting go of trauma, identities, behaviors, patterns, and beliefs influenced by external factors such as our environments, people, places, and systems. Then it’s time to start deconditioning and wellness training!

After experiencing burnout, walking out of a “good job”, and repeating the roles I thought I should live, what I quickly learned was that there is more to life… most of us aren’t being true to ourselves and showing up in the world as we were designed

Pay attention because this is one of the most important (and foundational things) you’ll ever learn in your life & if you don’t get it right now, it could cost you your overall health and well-being.

Where most women think they can solve the problem with a new job, time off, a new fitness routine, diving into hobbies, leaning on friends/family, or that they need to push through because “it will get better” — what they’re missing is this one CRUCIAL step that comes before anything else;

It all starts with getting to know yourself and doing the work (deconditioning from the not self and recovery).

Without knowing yourself, you will continue to struggle and fight against the roles and storylines the world gave you for years, trying to change or hoping for permission to live an authentic life and become "her".

Take The First Step

To truly live the life you were meant for, you must understand your true self and break free from the societal roles and narratives you've been living.

The Roles & Stories you’ve been living:

  • Boss Babe Culture:

You move and function as if you can “have it all”, giving your all and then some”. P.S. Boss Babe Culture died in 2021.

  • Aiming for a perfect 10:

You feel like you have to do everything perfectly, and beat yourself up when you don't.

  • Coming In 2nd Place or "The Good Girl":

You're always putting others first and worry about their approval, even if it means neglecting your own needs.

  • Social Anxiety:

You constantly worry about what others think of you and let it affect your decisions.

  • You Are Your Own Worst Critic:

You are often your own worst critic, often believing negative things about yourself that society tells you.

  • We aren’t all Kim Kardashian & Don’t Need To “Lean In”:

You feel like you have to follow what society expects, even if it means sacrificing what you truly want and who you really are.

  • Yes I Can, No I Can't, Maybe I Can?

You doubt yourself and think you can't achieve certain things because of internalized beliefs about what's possible for you and where you are in life right now.

  • It’s Not Imposter Syndrome It’s An Illusion:

You feel like a fraud, even though there's plenty of evidence that you're successful and competent.

Say goodbye to these roles and stories that the world has given you!

Why continue to struggle and fight against the system for years, trying to change with the hope of living an authentic life? Because when you do, it leads to traumatic expereinces, making you view yourself, others, and the world negatively. This pressure can make you act like someone you're not or hide your true self, or worse... leading to energy and health issues (anxiety, stress, burnout, etc).

Knowing yourself and living an authentic life (the life you were meant to live) creates a holistically well individual, leading to a more fulfilled and balanced life.

Wake up every morning feeling stronger and more capable, knowing that your actions and decisions align with your core values and passions, giving you a true sense of purpose.

The truth is you’re here to share your uniqueness, your talents, and the gifts that were given to you. You’re here to live as you were designed, whether its to learn, teach, test, connect, answer, discover, solve, play, balance,  experiment, observe, or lead… there are so many options that are parts of you to let loose and connect with.

As your personal wellness coach, I’m here to help you make that happen. It’s time to start deconditioning and and integrating your own stories, habits, and ideas into your life.

I had the pleasure of being coached weekly by Crystal for four months. What I enjoyed most throughout our sessions was her ability to keep me on task and to gently guide me back to my own “mental library & database” where all of my answers were hiding. She intuitively knew what to ask and when to ask in such a manner that made the whole process serious and fun at the same time. Crystal's holistic coaching approach facilitated growth in all areas of my well-being. I highly recommend hiring her to help you uncover your “not self” and to guide you through your deconditioning and onto your path of recovery.

I coached with Crystal when I was embarking on a new career. I wanted to create a brand for myself and my new career, but had no idea where to start. Crystal created the space to help me dive deeper into all aspects of my new career. What I like most about working with Crystal is that she has an easy way of helping me focus on my goals. I was able to create an authentic brand and content that I feel really good about. I would recommend life coaching to anyone who is ready to put their goals into action.

It’s a pleasure to meet you!

I’m Crystal, you personal wellness coach.

I created The Wellness Gym because I realized it wasn’t just me struggling. I had friends and colleagues facing the same struggles, living the same stories and chasing the same roles the world had given us. You can read more about my journey from burnout to wellness below.

No, the goal can be whatever you set. Coaching is designed to help you create the outcome you set and desire to see.

What makes your coaching unique?

Being blessed with the opportunity of living this human experience, we will experience traumatic events that can disconnect us from our true selves. The trauma resulting from these events can take many forms, representing our 'not self.'

In my coaching practice, I like to focus on trauma and recovery, as it forms the basis for identifying, coping, and healing so that we can thrive and live the lives we were meant to!

Dr. Gabor Maté beautifully explains this concept in an interview on the Tim Ferris Show podcast. I encourage you to read through it. I'm sure this knowledge and wisdom will unlock a few "a-ha" moments for you!

"People often think that trauma is what happens to you. So trauma is a divorce when you were small and your parents fighting. Trauma is your mother's depression. Trauma is your father's alcoholism...

Those aren't the traumas. Those are traumatic. But the trauma is not what happens to you. The trauma is what happens inside you.

And as a result of these traumatic events is that what happens inside you is that you get disconnected from your emotions and you get disconnected from your body.

And you have difficulty being in the present moment. You develop a negative view of your world and a negative view of yourself, and a defensive view of other people.

And these perspectives keep showing up in your life in the present... So the issue is not just to recognise what happened ten, fifteen, thirty, however many years ago, but to actually recognise their manifestations in the present moment and to transcend them. And how do you do that?

By reconnecting with yourself - by restoring the connection with your body, primarily - and with the emotions that you lost.

Once you do, once you've found these things again, then you have what we call recovery. Because what does it mean to recover something? It means to find it again. So what is it that people find when they recover? They find themselves. And the loss of self is the essence of trauma."
