All purchases made through our website are processed securely via Stripe, PayPal, or GHL’s built-in checkout system.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

• Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

• Digital products and coaching sessions are non-refundable once delivered.

• You agree to provide accurate billing information and keep your account details current.

• Payment disputes or chargebacks may result in suspension of services until resolved.

SMS Messaging Terms

Daily Ritual Boutique provides SMS messaging to deliver monthly wellness content, account updates, appointment reminders, and order confirmations to customers who have explicitly opted in.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to your designated Daily Ritual Boutique number. After you send "STOP" we will send a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at [email protected] or by calling 918-880-2532.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your interactions and preferences. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Coaching Services

By enrolling in our coaching or mentorship programs, you acknowledge that:

• Coaching is not a substitute for medical, legal, or psychological advice.

• You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results.

• We respect confidentiality within reasonable professional limits.
  

Session recordings (if any) may be stored securely in Google Drive for your access and are deleted after 24 months or upon written request.

Aligned Commitment

At Daily Ritual Boutique, we believe in aligned commitment — not forced obligation. After your initial coaching session, if either of us feels the program isn’t the right fit, you’ll be eligible for a full refund and released from the remaining commitment.

This approach ensures both coach and client are fully invested, aligned, and moving forward from a place of clarity and consent. While it’s uncommon, there are times when a coach and client may not be well-suited for each other, and it’s best for both parties to part ways early with mutual respect.

After the initial session, no refunds are provided. If you have questions before enrolling, we’re always happy to connect and help you determine if this space is the right fit for you.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on our site—including text, graphics, videos, downloads, and branding—is the property of Daily Ritual Boutique unless otherwise noted.
You may use materials for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without written consent.

• Share, resell, or sublicense our materials, courses, or programs.
  

Violations may result in legal action and termination of access.

Refunds and Cancellations

Unless stated otherwise:

Digital Products

All sales are final due to the instant-access nature of downloads.

Coaching Programs

Refunds follow our Aligned Commitment policy — a full refund is available only after the first session if either party feels it’s not the right fit. No refunds are available after that point.

Physical Products

We want you to love your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the following policy carefully:

• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

• Accessories, and skincare tools are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

• If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible so we can issue a replacement or refund.

• Merchandise can only be returned within 14 days of your order delivery date.
  

We aim for fairness and will consider special circumstances on a case-by-case basis.

Limitation of Liability
