A Note From Crystal

I"m always learning and striving to become a better resource and coach for you! For the next 6 months I'll be diving deep into holistic coaching. That means learning how to co-creating (with you) solutions and answers to your selfcare/wellness struggles (focusing on your mind, body, and soul).

To pass the holistic coaching training program I need to have at least 12 hours of practice coaching under my belt. If you are looking for, or interested in working with a wellness coach, I'm taking on free clients for 30 minute sessions.

What Is Coaching?

As a coach, I will act as your trusted guide and resource, facilitating a co-creative process where together we will uncover your unique answers, develop customized plans, and achieve desired outcomes. Coaching allows us to tap into the wealth of knowledge that already resides within you, helping you gain a deeper understanding of yourself mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and physically. Through this transformative journey, you will discover new insights, cultivate self-awareness, and unlock your full potential.

How It Works

  1. Book your session 
  2. Complete the client agreement and intake form 
  3. The Coaching Session - Engage in a one-on-one coaching ​session where we dive into targeted ​discussions and strategies. The session will ​provide a space for growth, and ​actionable steps toward your goals.
  4. Follow-up Support - After our session I'll check in with any additional support and reflection to ensure that ​you stay on track and navigate challenges. 
  5. Continued coaching - If you would like to book additional coaching sessions this is your time! Free coaching is only available for a limited time!
